Working Out

Well after the lake we decided to go out for a run. I've been trying to lose weight for about a year now. I'm very disappointed in myself because I lost a lot of weight and I'm gaining them all back. How I lost weight? WORKING OUT, but I have been lagging!! So sad; My boyfriend and I joined a gym in December but they're renovating, so we're waiting, and I'm also very busy with school, so I just don't know how to put workout time in my schedule. And not to mention the stress! That is also not helping me either. :( But I've decided that even though I may be busy and stuff I could fit workout time into my schedule (ie. like now, while I'm writing this I could be working out). :} lol; I'm also doing yoga, so hopefully it will make me less tired after a long day! Now what do I want!? A WARM SHOWER. :)
